Guys, I've been reading that Niko Kovac who is manager of Monaco would maybe like to sign Haller who he had at Frankfurt, and that maybe Monaco might have to sell Ben Yedder to make room for Haller, now are you thinking what I'm thinking, maybe some sort of swap deal where we could possibly get Ben Yedder and a few quid as he is a few years older than Haller, this is all just my take on it and I'm probably putting two and two together and getting five, lol, but it could be a way of doing business this window due to the crisis, I would also like to see an Eze for Hugill Deal.

Stevie, Don’t know if Ben Yedder gives us anything different ti what we already have. Totally agree with you on Eze/ Hugill and cash deal. Another I’d also like to see us investigate is Ajeti and cash for Edouard at Celtic . 22 yo, 6.2 and big and strong.

"Don't know if Ben Yedder gives us anything different to what we already have". If Ajeti and Haller are gone we won't have much left!

I would prefer Haller be given the chance, and rumour his old strike partner might be available on loan, would be far better than Ben Yedder.

Would like to see Haller playing as one of 2 up front like he played to Eintrech Frankfurt. I think he would be more effective. Playing as a loan striker like Pellegrini started him as was ridiculous. He wins his headers and knock ons but he has no secondary striker to feed off of this work. He’s a bit slow so won’t be getting in behind defences like Antonio would. Antonio and Haller up front would be worth a punt.

If Moyes has a plan i'd support selling Haller. Personally though, I would not sell him as he could be lethal in the right system (agree with COYI64 to play Antonio with him as a 2). Honestly, I don't think it will happen as Moyes' focus WILL be on ensuring we do not concede as many as we did last season. So we will only be able to fund full backs, a CB in the elk of Stones/ Jones/ Duffy (one of Balbuena or Cardoso to go) and we seriously need capable cover at DM (saw on a site we were linked to Monchu at Barcelona B on loan) and that's at a push.
Once defence and DM is sorted I think he will look to the forward players, and i suspect MAYBE one purchase here and then loans.
A thin out of attacking players will be needed to fund all this. Masuaku, Ajeti, Hugill are definate departures, and then one (maybe two) of Lanzini, Anderson, Snods, Wilshere. I do not expect Yarmo to leave for some reason.
I HOPE we do not sell Grady, I'd love to see what he can do in the PL.
