No striker movement is worrying

I couldn’t agree more. Both our back-up options for Füllkrug aren’t up to the job - Ings and Antonio. It’s looking like nobody wants to take them on. Ings for his wages and Antonio because he’s finished.

BIG POST! APOLOGIES Absolutely agreed on both counts, Ings no more to be said, and we couldn’t let Antonio go, because, we have no one else, at the end, we just have run out of liquid funds to facilitate. Moves, , , Steidten has done a monumental job if we get these two in today Soler and perhaps Carney, this window is a 9:9 it’s historical, WH is a big boat to turn around, but in one window, it’s half way round! Let’s be honest among us all on this site, In my opinion, if Moyes had stayed on we would be down the bottom, and stayed there, I don’t expect us to challenge this season, and NOT being in Europe, less games, less travelling time, will benefit, only one game a week, more or less , more training time, more blending time, IF we do ok this season, the next two windows, will see out 5 players at end of contracts and the addition of strikers THEN watch out for WEST HAM

We are desperately light up front should (touch wood) something happen to FULLKRUG as we all know ANTONIO always picks up an injury which keeps him out for a good few weeks and I know what we are trying on and its BOWEN playing up front which for me he isn't a striker and we lose him out wide which is his best position imo so while it's a good window we have missed a chance to fill the void as you need at least 2 good strikers that can stay fit.COYI
