Bound to happen, FA now warning clubs of rule changes post Brexit Work permits, non renewable contracts, without FA permission, WH asking for more specific details, FA may not be in a position to clarify new rules until seasons end HOME GROWN talent maybe coming to the fore And foreign nationals already with clubs in England will be given preference on contracts, to those outside UK this could get very insular, which may be good for some home grown boys, but is it good for the game ? FA. May insist at some future date that there MUST be a particular number. Of UK players in first team squad much higher than now, NASRI -- although some sites are rubber stamping another deal for him MP hasn't done anything in the light of other players becoming available and possible rule changes IRONMIKE.

We all saw what happened to Serie A when they stopped the import of players. I don’t think Brexit will change much with regards to football, but we will see.

In light of these potential new rulings would we be better casting out to players like Lokaku who appears way down the United pecking order and realistically does anyone think we would be in a position to compete for him .?
