S*n reporting Pelegrino could be being lined up as next West Ham United manager.

My question would be what would he bring to a team like West Ham United we hardly have the funds of Man City where he won the PL. He's currently in China I presume because the money was good it's hardly the centre of football excellence

If Moyes is going I would much prefer a young and upcoming manager I'll stick one name in the frame Kevin Nolan and particularly if we get relegated

Any other suggestions guys?

If they don't offer it to Moyes (which I think they will) or he doesn't want it, could Pearce step up and bring Rio in as defensive coach?

Hi Stevie Pierce hasn't really got a good record as a manager so not so sure love his attitude but not sure his tactics and man managership are good enough for the modern game.

Pearcey is a perfect number 2 not sure about him being a manager though as merceri says his track record isn't great, to be honest I'm not sure what the answer is.
