What I don't quite comprehend is if we can clearly identify the issues why can't bilic or if he can why isn't doing something about it. We don't look anywhere near fit, and I feel time for changes. The board supported bilic with players HE wants and HE can't get them to perform. Manchester United we expected but not Southampton for God's sake.

Although we criticise BIlic for his tactics and sometimes rightly so NO ONE can possibly see an Idiot move by Arnautovic coming, THAT alone could in reality have cost us that game, IRONMIKE.

Arnautovic was the result of a bad referee letting the game get to where it did and bad captaining not sensing it was going to happen. Arnie is prone to throw toys out and in a game where the ref is letting gbh charges slide it was obvious if he gets on the end of one he'll react. After he did cop one Nobes should of spoke to him to make sure his head was ok . instead he was busy leading by example and nearly got sent of himself.

The penalties were a result of awful defending that left us in a position where fouls were the only option left - both times got caught flat footed. Fonte can not start another game in my opinion - terrible terrible player.
