Why are we not targetting wing backs like DJED spence, Borna Sosa? We need good wing backs/full backs cause ours are not very good or too old

I find it incredible that spurs haven't given Djed spence much game time and play emerson in the R/B position, i play golf golf with a good friend of mine and he thinks Emerson is championship quality at best.
