My thoughts for next season would be get rid of anybody that has been underperforming or not even showing a willingness to run and chase or give maximum effort! Apart from the current team that have played in the last few games and have gelled brilliantly and fought like a team needing results of those that haven't played regularly that I would keep unless sensible offers come in for consideration would be, Yarmelenko, Lanzini, get rid of Haller, Anderson, Wilshere as a priority! What an example Soucek has been compared to Haller and Anderson!

It's not Tesco. These players earn serious money. Who will take them? And who do we replace them with? Too many people on this site talk like it's fantasy football.

I agree with Chelmsford, although finding clubs for these players will not be easy due to their wages.

Don’t we all play fantasy football on this site then! I thought that was obvious? If we took them why shouldn’t anybody else take them? Replacing them is the Managers decision.

No handbags on this site, if you please!

I would keep Haller.

Anderson has a high residual value and I agree that he has become increasingly disinterested. Italy/ Spain/ Germany might have clubs who would look at him. When he first came, I really thought he could liven up the PL, but his default game is now twiddly bits and losing the ball. I’d move him on.

Sadly, I agree that Lanzini no longer offers what he did before that horrendous injury. I feel sorry for him, but he’s not pulling his weight anymore. I’m not sure what we could get for him, but easing the wage bill would help.

Even though he is now, supposedly, fully fit, Moyse has not put his faith in Wilshere beyond the bench. I’m struggling to see a PL side that would take him on though. I fear we’re stuck with him and his huge wages. He might prove a useful sub next season, but he’s an expensive luxury.

Nailing down Soucek has been the best business we do this calendar year.

I think Rice will stay as week in week out captain.

Agreed Markro,

I would also give haller a chance, if we keep soucek and rice in the midfield then I believe Lanzini will again start to show his true form as he will not have to cover so much ground although noble has slotted in behind Antonio and maybe found his position!

Maybe controversial but I think we need to look at keepers, fabianski has looked dodgy and villas goal went through him, at first I thought it had taken a deflection but it literally went through him, cannot afford to let those in
