OK for once i'm going to try be a little bit positive about all of this, I may get shot down but there you go

If they purchase the ground at least we will get what we want which is a home we can call our own, many have complained including me that selling a home to go and rent was a bad idea even if the terms of rent were good,

If they purchased and converted I personally do not care how much profit they get when they sell, as long as when they do sell. the ground is ours and is converted. saying that I would like them to sell ASAP

Yes of course this is going to be expensive and even with investors you would think it would have an impact on future transfer buys, BUT let's think about this, they don't spend any money anyway, so at least we get a home and proper stadium, and as they never buy any players of worth it really makes no difference.

OK things look bad at the moment in the relegation stakes, obviously we do not want championship football, but if it comes to it there nothing we can do, we will never under the current regime be anywhere near the top 6, we are a 2nd tier team along with the other 13 / 14 teams in the division. Sometimes I think the Premier league may as well be a 10 league division, apart from the very rare occasion, the usual suspects are evident,

If your not in a relegation battle your season is over. If we did drop down to the championship we would be one of the top 6, maybe we could build a team and start again, as currently all I can see with this team is a mish mash, no cohesion no passion and certainly very little flair. We may have something to cheer about next season, of course we would miss the big derbies and playing the top teams but were just a million miles away at the moment and dropping down if it has to be may just pull us together.

I agree with the comment that the DGS don't seem to care if we go down, and thinking about it they are no longer interested in the footballing side all they want is a pound note, Losing the Prem money is a drop in the ocean to them as far as the bigger picture is concerned, time we get our Parachute payments and than obviously the wage bill would reduce plus the sale of top players would imagine cover all of this for a couple of seasons

So in my view the quicker they buy the stadium is the quicker they can make there huge profit and bugger off and ruin other on going concerns, they are Business men and ruthless at that.

So if were in the Prem next year excellent, but don't expect anything will change from this season relegation battle. or if in the Championship we are there because we deserve to be there with many different aspects to blame. Even though in my opinion we have many seasons of rubbish ahead, we will come to the end of the tunnel for a better future. let's face it it can't get any worse. CAN IT?

Spot on Warrington Seymour I've been thinking the same thing especially as teams below us fight for their survival putting in performances and getting results whilst we stroll through games thinking we're safe instead of showing some grit and passion COYI.
