Should pay as you play. If I'm off work sick for X amount of times in a year they can stop my sick pay if I go over a certain bracket.

I truly believe if we were going to sign DEONDOCKER some deal would be in place even sign him now loan him back till end of season then Anderlecht don't have to now find a replacement, he will be leaving but unfortunately not for us. COYI.
