Just can't wait until carroll creswell and sakho are fit and we can get back to the team that did so well last season. zaza is a joke stop playing him now and ship him back ASAP. same goes for tore and nordteveit. Regarding sacking bilic give me a break the same people calling for bilic's head are probably the same people who wanted big sam out. As fans we need to take a good hard look in the mirror sometimes and be careful what we wish for or we will become a laughing stock on and off the field. Like I said previously it's time to hold your nerve get behind the team.

The problem is that if we can see as fans problems, and when the squad is announced we fear we are going to get hammered and it happens, then as the manager, why didn;t Bilic. Its his job to put out the strongest and best 11. WTF was Nordvedt doing on as RB with Arbeloa at LB. Why is he persisting with Zaza up front on his own.

Phil as fans we are all top manager's and would probably never lose a game. nobody is more frustrated and puzzled with bilic's team selection than me at the moment some due to injuries admittedly but as you say some are strange to say the least. I still think bilic is a decent manager and how much longer he sticks with some of these players is down to him it's him alone that will live or die by those decisions. I suspect some of those players are on borrowed time and will be shown the door shortly just hold your nerve and back him to get it right we don't want to end up like the spuds and call for the manager's head at the first sign of trouble. After last season he deserves better than that.

A recent poll has voted and 72% of west ham fans don't want bilic sacked even if we lose to Boro which kind of backs up what I've been saying.
