We've apparently agreed £30 million deals for Harry Maguire and James Ward-Prowse.

I am actually not sure how I feel about this. I'd rather we were signing Taylor Harwood-Bellis instead of Maguire and Connor Gallagher instead of James Ward-Prowse. It would have cost the same sort of money to sign those two (£45 million for Gallagher and £15 million for Harwood-Bellis).

Maguire will be a liability and Ward-Prowse has only one element to his game. If anyone had any doubts about our management setup, then this is 100% proof that we are lumbered with a clueless, blinkered has-been in the driver's seat. With Paqueta looking more likely to be a Man City player next season, I can't see us in a relegation battle. We are nailed on certainties for the Championship. What a waste.

Think Ward-Prowse and Maguire are positive signings. Both internationals. Secondly, a question for many of you on this site. A number of you keep stating Fofana and Alvarez. How many of you had heard of these 2 players 6 months back? I ask, as many people on here have excellent European football knowledge and follow Dutch and French football, therefore, your expert knowledge of the said players positives and negatives would be appreciated.
