Rumour is Newcastle ready to pay Lingard 100k a week on a 4 year deal. Not sure how they would know those details but if true I imagine that would be very tempting for him.

But there’s a possibility of him playing in the championship therefore will probably not get picked for England, so I think he would take a little less money when there’s a possibility of champions league football and getting back in the England squad.

It's not about money with lingard man u offered him an improved contract which he is not interested in he wants to play when he opted to join west ham on loan Newcastle where also interested in him back then but he turned that move down we could match those wages should yarmelenko/Randolph/Frederick's move on in January

I can't see Lingard wanting to play in the championship if he wants regular football and to get back into the England setup he knows his best chance is with WH.
