We had the best season for years yet all I see is complaints about our club!
We haven't won anything to shout about for we all know how long, so we aren't going to get the special players in any positions, end of story!
We're only going to get out of contract players or those from the other clubs that can't get regular games and are surplus, obvious!
I think Moyes and co has done a great job on what he inherited plus a few peanuts to spend, since he arrived back! I just hope we keep what we have at least!
I knew Europe would cause these lack of squad problems, until we have untold £millions to spend, we should be grateful for PL status and income, that's our B&B I for the immediate future! COYI ⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒.

Everyone is just antsy Chelmsford, we’ve been without a 2nd striker for 8 months now even before Europe was on the horizon. Agreed we can’t afford top drawer but hard to see likes of Daka going to a league rival. £34M+ is too rich for us on Abraham as well.
On the positive side Benrahma looks to be coming good.
I would be happy with a CB and striker. Holding on to Coventry is the midfield backup.

Not every player is going to want to join us infact when it becomes clear a player doesn't I think most fans wouldn't want them here anyway.

What annoys people is that the club continue to persist with these players. They underbid and no doubt haggle every aspect with the club and player.

They have this horrible scattergun approach where it seems they send out low ball offers and hope something sticks.

We are in a great position to attract good quality players. Its good to be grateful as you mention but if all you are aiming for his survival If you fall short then you go down! You have to aim as high as possible and keep improving or you'll fall behind we've shown what we can do last season and it's very very clear what we need to bring in and if we don't it's simply a failure of the club.

Your bang on Iron. Al, its more the frustration with the way we approach every transfer window. I don't doubt MOYES knows who he wants, I do however doubt that our owners will get them for the price needed. LUKA JOVIC would be a great investment and we have looked at him many times. Big strong striker with an eye for goal but we won't get him for pennies.

Every club in Europe has been hit financially because of C.V. There will be many wanting to get high earners off their books. I like that Moyes is waiting for what he wants.
