Whatever happens in the next few days, I’ll be fully behind the team when we kick off at the Toon.

We are not a “huge” club and do not have owners who can simply throw money at it all.

Remember, whatever you think of the Davids, they almost certainly saved the club when they arrived.

Some fans have short memories.

Marko we will all be cheering the team on, to suggest otherwise is ridiculous, dgs may have saved us but I suspect that owning a pl club is an attractive propersistion and someone would have stepped in if they had not, I for one have a long memrory and can remember all the lies that have been spouted during their reign aswell, a string of lies that has now left us without our own stadium. Football is all about opinions otherwise it would be boring just because others opinions do not concur with your own it doesn't make them less of a supportor.

Glad to have your response. We all have our views and they’re as valid as the next bloke’s.

I’m sure we’ll all be behind the club once the season gets underway and if you thought I suggested otherwise, you misread me.

I don’t have any off the radar knowledge of how the club’s finances work, but I honk that Moyes is a canny operator and he deserves credit for saving us from relegation twice and putting us in Europe in only a handful of months management.

G&S aren’t everybody’s cup of tea and frustrate out of many of us, but at least we’ve still got a club in the PL to talk about.

I think every owner lies to fans, at the end of the day they are business men and want a return on their investment, any one of us would be the same.
I love West Ham and always will but if I was worth the money and made investments I would want returns, that’s why they are successful businessmen!
It will not be long before we have our own stadium, the stadium will be given to the owners and that is when the guts of it will be knocked out and made into a football stadium, current owners will not want it running at £25-£30 million a year losses.

Agree with all the posts that don’t moan about our club, moaners are entitled to their opinion of course depending on what they moan about!
As Bobby said all businessmen want to make a profit, especially when there is multi millions of £’s being borrowed, yes and they tend to lie and need skin as thick as Rhino!
I wonder if all the moaners and complainers won a major amount of £millions on the Lottery would put it in to a PL Football club as majority shareholders and be subject to continual abuse and have their lives threatened? The most I would ever do is have the best box available at the stadium! ⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒.

🤣😂Bobby, You can come into mine if I was to have enough money to splash out without missing it, but at 77 years old, not much time left to win the Lottery🤣😂I’ll let you know on here which box if I get the numbers right😮🤞I have not missed a Saturday or Wednesday draw since it first started, I did win £25 on the P. Bonds draw for this month, so as long as you have a ticket you have a chance. ⚒⚒⚒⚒COYI.

I was a season ticket holder for years at the Boleyn, only gave it up as had to commit to work for a few years but plan to get a new one soon.
I am still lucky enough to get to a lot of home games and still always enjoy going, just appreciate now not having to queue for the train after the game.
Will always have memories of Upton Park but am still certain that when we finally own the stadium we will knock the inside of stadium out and make it into a proper football stadium, just need to carry on getting results and fans will be cheering on the team and leave the owners alone!

Owning a football club in my opinion is almost i. possible to make money unlezsyou run it very well and efficent 2 london clubs fitting that list are arsenal and spurs and if i wanted a manager to run my football club would be WENGER and my club i would try and run like LEVY but any person or people thinking of buying a club to make money needs a straight jacket and i mean that in a professional way as i know mental health is a serious sickness.
