He can but I think they all can and some of the post match social media has been an absolute disgrace. I am appalled at what some people will write from behind the safety of their screen.

I know they are different players but if Kane is worth €100-140 million at 28 then Rice at 22 and kane being 28 in a couple of weeks i'd put Rice at more than Kane and i truly believe that no doubt i'm going to get shot down regarding this but unless kane wasnt 100% fit in the euros but he looked like he's lost a yard of pace to me.

Kane is a striker who has won the golden boot the last couple of seasons. While we see great value in Rice, a proven goalscorer is worth more.
