i do like Sam Johnstone and Matheus Pereira from West Brom but we do need a striker. i'm not so sure about Braithwaite he seems to have plenty of energy but his goal tally isn't to impressive.
Their seems a lot of talk about Dec Rice, I don't think we will be able to hold onto him if a 65mil. + bid comes in it will depend on him if he wants to leave or stay.
My wish list is
Lingard, Tammy Abraham. S. Johnsone and Matheus Pereira

Bideford, DM has said he won’t be in for another Keeper, I think Rice may stay another season hopefully🤞But who knows, can’t see Lingard joining us, he used us to to try to prove a point to ManU I suspect, which he has done! Not a lot will happen until the Euros are completed, so not long to wait. ⚒⚒⚒⚒.

Bideford, I like the players you've mentioned but like Chelmsford said, Moyes has said we won't be signing a keeper and even if we do, I don't see us spending big money on one.

I am also in agreement with Chelmsford over Lingard. I think the longer that transfer rumour goes on, the more likely it will peter out to nothing. Unless Man U are holding him back for the sole purpose of using him in a bid for Rice.

And if we do sign Lingard, I don't see us signing another attacking midfielder, so that makes Pereira unlikely.

I do think our transfer business will pick up after the Euros but I think a lot of the bigger named players we are being linked to would probably want assurances over Declan Rice staying.

You also have a glaring lack of central midfield and centre back additions in your post. With Balbuena and Reid likely out the door, we will sign a centre back and I think we are desperately short in central midfield.

All this is my opinion, but I am not entirely convinced this window is going to be all that great for us.

I think with a new recruitment director coming in though, our targets may be changing based on who comes in. So again I can see that being another delay.

Loan with an option to buy for PSG's Alphonse Areola is a rumour currently doing the rounds. Really hope this has some truth to it as he's a top 'keeper. I also like the fact that if it is true then DM is intentionally misleading the media!

I was always impressed when I seen Areola play loan with an option to buy would be some real smart business good age for a keeper to take over for fab full time next season.

Billy/ Iron, possible DM is misleading media as BBC reporting we are enquiring about Areola, not that the BBC is any the more believable😂DM is a shrewd Manager and knows unless any other Keeper we already have is capable of standing in for Fab on a permanent basis, then it is imperative we have a class number 1 Keeper, especially now Euro involved as well, lots of extra games to play! ⚒⚒⚒.
