I see silly season in full swing some of the names linked are really exciting and doable I'd love daka and kral both young and can be eased in with little pressure get lingard in and that's a solid start and I'm sure Moyes has his cb targets laid out with agent soucek giving advice.

Add in sima or hlozek aswell.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the Kral interest is not merely bolstering our midfield options. Moyse is also covering himself in case we end up selling Rice.

The last I read (and, yes, I know it’s all speculation) our war chest was estimated at £85m plus any money raised through sales.

If Anderson and Yarmolenko are shipped on for £25m-£30m and Rice were to leave at silly money (with Kral replacing him for the touted £14m) Moyse could build a very decent squad .

You may be right Markro, but IF that is the case, we need some seriously sound investments in players to improve the team. Selling Rice, Anderson and Yarmolenko and any others would give us close to £200 million to spend

I would expect to see AT LEAST 5-6 big additions for that kind of money.

So many conflicting reports on how much we actually have to spend. I doubt its 85m plus sales but if it was we could build a decent squad without having to sell Rice for me its crucial we keep him and build round him we need an extra cm with what we've got so Kral would have to come in with someone else if Rice was sold.

You could go get 2 of Sima/ hlozek/ Daka for 40-50m.

Kral around 15m
Joe Worrall 7-10m

Unfortunately I think Man u might be way over estimating lingards worth talks of 30m for a 29 year old with no sell on value and 1 year left on his contact is ridiculous. He hit a purple patch when he came to us but faded towards the end. I think 15m would be fair but can see us paying 20m 25m. Anything above 25m we should look elsewhere.

I think the above would give us a quality squad.

Sima is bang average from what I've seen, plays on right mostly aswell, i'd get Arnie back on a free as a starting point.

Arnie on a free would be a decent deal and if it is even feasible that he'd be free, I would definitely explore it.

Out of Hlozek and Sima, I would be all over Hlozek.

Hlozek i think is better but i think I read he might have just signed a new contract.

Sima looks like a bit of mixed bag but you have to remember he's only 19 and has done well in Europe against good opposition.

Daka I think might have interest form champions league really like the look of him and he's at a good age to step up now. Where the other 2 are really young.

Kral would be a good signing, no dout.
We can only HOPE that Dec stays. I think if Moyes can get Kral and the striker position done early then it certainly looks like we will progress for an even better season next year, which would be attractive for Dec along with the fact he will be captaining a team in Europe, this is HUGE experience for him that he won't get elsewhere. When we stop progressing, he leaves.
Out of the strikers we are linked with (could all be rumours tbh), i am not sure who i prefer.
Hlozek i like a lot, but we need a CF and he plays right and left wing as well. I have not watched him play so cannot say if he will be what we need. Un-educated thumbs up from me though on the assumption that he can play the CF role the way we need a striker to play.
Daka is also a very good player, love how pacey this guy is. His only weakness could be his strength/ power in the PL. Thumbs up from me though.
Sima looked decent in the EUROPEAN games i watched. Strength again is the wory for me.
Arnie is someone I personally would welcome back on a short contract providing there is no big financial outlay for WHU. Seems the players liked him a lot, and he certainly would add strength and depth to our team if not be even be better than Antonio. Wages would need to be realistic again, and I completely understand other fans opinions on him returning as well.
Ultimately, I trust Moyes will do the homework and we won't end up with a striker who cannot play in our system (like Haller) . In reality, ALL of the above would be an improvement as we have no backup right now!
