Points win prizes and having dropped 5 in the last 2 games it's our own fault. However when you watch a game where once again highly disputable refereeing decisions influence games I do despair. My own opinion had the West Brom goal that was disallowed had been a Liverpool goal it would have been allowed and the Allison goal, good as it was was well into the 5th minute of 4 minutes of extra time. Wasn't Mike Dean stopped from reffing a Liverpool cup game in the past. I still can't figure out why he gave a free kick which led to Liverpool s first goal either. I often wonder whether some refs are cheats or incompetent I do hope it's the latter.

And the red against Balbuena when we were dominating Chelsea. Huge decions. And man u fielding weak teams against Leicester and Liverpool.

We were incredibly unlucky against Newcastle aswell. Simply just not meant to be would love to finish above spurs now and retain a European spot even that looks tough. We will really struggle with the added games considering eds post regarding our finances we probably won't be in for a hugely exciting summer transfer window.

I think if we win our last two we will be in 6th, Spurs will drop points and the fact that Leicester will need something will mean they have to go to Spurs aiming for a win or draw.
We can say we have been unlucky with other fixtures but it was in our own hands and we fell at the final hurdle, it is all a learning curve and hopefully we come back stronger.
The Newcastle game was just a bit kamikaze, the first game Dawson has done something wrong but to get back to 2-2 we should not have been going all out attack, a point from that game and out confidence would still have been sky high after dominating them with 10 men for over half the game.
We need a centre back with pace as we are seriously lacking and will get caught by the counter, diop is fast but lacks discipline, he goes walkabout and positioning not great.
