Can someone tell me do other teams that are going for top 4 set up and play defensive, the simple answer is no, you wouldn't set up like that if it was a cup final and basically our remaining games are cup finals, it's as if Moyes has told them "wait until we concede then we will press higher up the pitch, " I thought he would've learned his lesson against Liverpool, very frustrating!

{Ed014's Note - you have enough talent to do them, wasted opportunity

Agreed, the first 5 minutes I was hopeful and then we just dropped back. We basically played 6-2-1-1 for most of the game, and while it gives you stability at the back and means they have to work hard to make chances, it is basically like practice attack v defence, they just keep coming as we can’t get the ball away far or for very long. It was only a matter of time till they score. Wasted chance.

It was only 1-0! Man Utd beat City last week 2-0! 352 in the first half suited us. Changing to 442 ruined us. Be positive everyone. We’re still 5th from top!

1-0 is still zero points, and if we think it is ok ten why not go at them and lose 3-1?

Your missing the point markwhu what we are saying is we haven't got to this lofty league position by playing negative and playing for a draw from the off mate that's the point we are getting at fella.

I agree with Sal, we need to go and attack teams. Setting up to defend puts pressure on and with no outlet in Lingaard we were always going to be in trouble, as good as Antonio is, we could not get up to support him quick enough.
Noble starting adds pressure to rice and soucek, if we had started benrahma then we could of got on the attack quickly and Man Utd were there for the taking.
He has to attack Arsenal as we now need to win.
