If we locked in Dawson for season, nabbed Hee Chan as cover for Antonio, lingard as cover in mid and firmed up Benhrama then I’d be happy enough even if it cost us Balbuena and perhaps yarmo.
But we are leaving it all last minute again so a nerve wracking 4 days left.

I might sound like a broken record but Hwang will never be a 20 goal a year striker. He had a good season in Austria (Ajeti anyone? ) and moved to Germany where he was touted as a replacement for Warner.

It has not worked out and they want rid of him. For Korea he struggles even in Asian games to find the net.

I will support him if we end up picking him up and will hope he proves me wrong but having seen a lot of his international games I think he is not the answer unless all we are looking for is someone as a filler if Antonio gets injured and he is going to be on the bench mostly.

Whoever we take a chance on Sdl up front, that’s what it will be a chance? Any player who is performing well in most positions will not be sold in the January window unless their contract has less than the 18 months or so left! As we all know not a good window to do business in unless you are desperate, then you pay the price! ⚒⚒⚒.

10/ 15? He has I think 5 goals in something like 35 appearance for Korea with most of those games against much weaker opposition. I hope he does better but if he scores 5 in a year I would be surprised.

Chelmsford, true, and is why I agreed with one of your earlier posts, if we can’t get the right player don’t waste the money.

I'm with Chelmsford on this one as to get a consistent 20 goal a season striker one they are like hens teeth and two if you do find one you are looking at well over £50 million and some but we really do need another striker but because our leagues position is very strong they might think it will be a very long shot to hope for champs league but European is very possible so if they fancy a tilt at that then go for it though I'm not a fan as there are two many games in the Europa league for me and you can take your eye of the premier league if in that so not for me but I'd give odubeko a chance.
