One of the things that exasperated me about West ham is the time it takes for us to take throw ins. Seems whoever takes them takes forever with little movement from the non taking players This often results in us losing the ball.

Watching the Palace game yesterday it was always quick and decisive even if going backwards. What's your thoughts guys.

Been saying the same for years other teams get the ball get it back in play then go again we just toss it forward and hope for a flick on its infuriating.

The extra space around are pitch doesn't help either.

It is a weakness of west ham, should be the easiest ball to retain but we seem to do the opposite.
