True Stevie my point was we were qualifying for champions league while hardly spending anything and try to break into that is a hard task as you are competing with utd, city, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal.

Raver does every Spurs fan go to a school of excuses?, i'm just wondering as every Spurs fan I spoke to before the CL final were already saying well its a bonus we got there as if to cover there backs when they last, and now u done well as u spent no money and still qualified, have you ever considered if you did spend money to strengthen the team you would still have a great manager who may have taken you to the next level, instead of the "Excuses One", who will cause trouble to be sacked once things are not panning out for him,

Granted you do have a strong forward line especially with Bale, but if you can't defend and fall apart the first sign of trouble as in WH first goal on 82 mins another empty season, and if the case I can't wait for Mourinho excuses on that one!
