Yarmo was excellent tonight.

Hi Robbo, I think Haller and yarmalenko worked well together. The thing is Yarmalenko looks languid and slow but he’s not. I think he just conserves energy and works when he has to.
I’d like to see yarmalenko on the right, Bowen on the left and Antonio and Haller up front.
Slot Snodgrass and Soucek I’m holding roles with Declan Rice allowing Snodgrass to venture forward in open play and Soucek venturing forward for set pieces.

I think we moved the ball much quicker tonight, which was a big difference it Immediately puts opposition on the back foot, also nice to see the youngsters playing nicely too, if we can get a lb and cb in before window closes i'd be relatively happy with that.

Yarma reminds me of Chris Waddle, he always looked like that but wasn't.

A resounding win last night even against supposedly a lesser capable side, but those type of games can be banana skins as we all know to well! Never saw the game live, listened to talksport commentary, sounds like we could have scored even more? The real tester will be our game against Wolves, would like to see Haller start although I am a critic, just to give him a chance, Markro was pleased he scored another brace😂Maybe with DM absent, the assistant will give experiment a little? ⚒⚒⚒.

Robbo, just watched the short highlights of last nights game, yes Yarmo seemed the most influential player to me, also chipping in with a brace👍I love Antonio but we do have other goal scorers as well, they surely must be given a start especially Yarmalenko, let’s hope Irvine can be a bit more flexible in his choices of starting 11? When subs are used tactically, give them 30mins at least to adjust and make an impact⚒⚒⚒.

I think the the virus cases have hit our plans for Wolves, as we would have gone 3 at the back and mirrored Wolves. If we do so now then we have no experienced CB for the bench, and Alese would need to be our backup CB (like this kid for the record, but he's young) .
Last night was encouraging, for me Yarmo is our BIGGEST goal threat as he is always creating, we should play him more. This 4 of Haller, Anderson, Lanzini and Yarmo looked a group who were enjoying playing with one another. Lanzini and Haller looked very good again, and while Anderson was not influential, he showed more than i have seen from him in a LONG time with his effort, and was more direct.
Hull were VERY poor to give context, but we have lost to lower league teams in the past, and WHU played with intensity and tempo last night. Encouragin from those players who ALL (bar Wilshere) put pressure on the other players.

Chelms did you say you like to see Haller play and to give him a chance? :)

Warrington, yes unbelievably I did say that😂I believe the the 1 up front is not sufficient, imo 2 up front is the better option, first choice has to be Antonio, Haller should be the one alongside him, DM has said Antonio is the first choice up front, Yarmelenko and Anderson both wide, that seems like a powerful front attacking formation to me? Haller goals have been against non PL opposition, but 2 up front is a must for me! ⚒⚒⚒.

The way to prove me wrong is to start Haller!
