Did a bid for Tarkowski really happen? While good I wonder when or if we will try to get LB/ RB as those positions need strengthening.

That bid is clearly annual season ticket renewal bait. Tarkowski apparently has a £50m release clause and you'd have to suspect Sullivan is well aware of that fact.
