David Moyes has been mentioned, if they think he's the one then why didn't they offer him a contact last time, this club hasn't moved on since the day they took over, 17th in the league isn't going to challenge for champions league places!

We need a change of system, I urge any of you to simply search for videos analysing Frankfurt's tactics when they had Haller, Rebic and Jovic and compare it to how our front line plays.
MP ultimately needs to make a change to the system if he wants to work well with Haller. I always say balance is important, but whatever balance we achieve still needs to allow us to play to our strengths. Form can take hit if players feel something isn't working and they gradually loose belief (Haller and Anderson are examples) and sometime just the fact that a change in approach is attempted can spark new life and improve their mentality.

For me, we need a 3 man forward line comprising of a Central striker (Haller or Antonio) supported closely by inside right and inside left forwards (Anderson, Yarmo, Antonio, Lanzini), with relatively free roles, but ultimately getting close to Haller. This gets the best out of all these players, as none are traditional wide players, and none are good isolated big target men like Carroll was. A 3 man central defence shielded by two central midfield players allow Wing backs to offer the wide support (not the strikers)

Totally agree, the annoying thing is though

So the long and short of it is he needs to resign as if rumours are correct and he's getting paid £8 million then he should be locked up for fraud as we can all see that the formation needs changing and if they done their homework before they bought HALLER and were told his pluses and weaknesses then wed be ok I give up putting new managers names forward as we all well know the two ronnies don't sack managers and we all know why because of the compensation but they should be putting the club before a bit of compo but they won't untill its too late but I really am worried because losing becomes very hard to stop in the premiership. COYI.

A manager is the most important part of a football club, if they can pay £45m for a player why not a manager, ie paying Pellegrinis contract up and whatever it takes to get the manager they really want out of his club, (if he’s in a club)?
