I think a lot of us are knee-jerking and blaming Pelle when the real problem is in defence.
Since Fab got injured and Roberto came in, the defence has no confidence in him and are panicking every time the ball goes near him. Hence why Diop is suddenly making mistakes. Balbueno's game went south at the same time.
Roberto needs replacing urgently to try and rebuild confidence at the back.
A new manager isn't going to help.

The issues Diop has go back to Fabianski being out, go back and watch the early season games. Even last season Fabianski made the most saves in the Premier League as our midfield continued to lose the battle and the defence were out of position so often. The defence plays too flat, the midfield doesn’t have enough steel and players like Anderson look disinterested. Fabianski coming back won’t be the answer.

He needs to change the set up, we are not going to win with the current set up!
Haller is good with support, he looks lost and isolated.
Defence is not good so change it up, play all 3 centre backs with Fredericks and Antonio on flanks who can actually put a shift in.
Play haller and 1 other up front, pellegrini is incapable of change!
Players need to play with heart, Anderson and Yarmalenko don’t want to be there and look like they run through cement!
