I have just seen the report Chicarito is unsure of his future, well many have wondered about him already, so I think its time we off loaded him and his large salary and got some one hungry and maybe even a bit of a gamble not Balotelli or some of the other mercenarys - get someone younger in.

Who though? We haven't got another £40M to spend on a striker, we probably haven't even got £10M. So who is the younger striker we get for next to nothing? Morelos? Forget it, he's even more of a nutter than Balotelli - the player you're so quick to dismiss and Rangers wouldn't entertain anything less than £20M for him anyway.

£20M is a big punt for a player who's scored all of his goals in divisions equivalent to about the National League and League 1.

Balotelli on a free and at around £70k a week is decent business and worth the risk. I'd much rather we signed him than the 105 year old and completely pointless Llorente or the younger, unproven hothead who may or may not actually be any good in a stronger league.
