{Ed001's Note - it is a difficult one, the problems with the club tend to be around recruitment, which Pellegrini is not heavily involved with. That is down to the owners refusing to leave it to people with a knowledge of football.

As for Pellegrini, he is a good coach and knows how to get players to play for him in the short term. Long term he can be a little soft on them.}
