Interesting bit of gossip I heard yesterday was the reason Harry redknapp shoe horned hoddle in at QPR is because he has been approached about coming back to us, now this is only rumour mind and not from any reliable source but when you think about it might hold some water. hoddle is far too knowledgeable about the game to be happy for any length of time being anybody's side kick. crikey I would have him as manager of west ham tomorrow. as a QPR number two he is wasted. anyway just thought I would post it and see what you thought. It is a rumour site after all.

Would rather have Hoddle in charge than redknapp back! Surprised he's been away from the game for so long

Knows how to play football, and only in my opinion would be fantastic at west ham

Sorry not in my book, A he is a spud, B his win percentage is less that BFS (under 36%) and C he has been out of the game for about 10 years.
Not one club have asked him to be their manager in all that time, what does that tell you?
I am not a BFS fan but be careful what you wish for!

All good points and a valid argument. One plus side to him is that in those ten years he has worked with a lot of young players and would probably be of benefit to our youngsters that deserve a shot at the 1st team. i'm not a bfs either but I feel there are a limited number of replacements. However, you may have a point about Hoddle would be a risk but as I said would have some benefits
