A close match between 2 teams struggling with form yesterday. I give Loppy credit for making the subs at half time, at least he doesn't wait until at least 70 minutes which is then too late and he noticeably changed the tactics which worked so fair play to him. I've said this a lot recently and I'll say it again, Pacqueta is not in the right head space, is off form and shouldn't be starting. With Kudus missing yesterday he had an opportunity to see more of the ball and put his mark on the game .he did neither and strolled around the pitch as if he was on a Sunday afternoon walk with his dog. The FA need to get on with it and make a decision about whether they are going to charge him or not as it's definitely affecting the lad and he's no use to us in this form. Summerville should start in his place from now on as he injects pace in the attack and will track back to help out, again Pacqueta does neither. For the good of the team and his own mental health I'd say Loppy needs to give him an extended period of bench warming

I agree with most of what you say, but I wouldn’t describe the match as “close”. In the first half, Man Utd ran riot and steamrollered us. Just their bad finishing let them down and in fact has now cost ten Hag his job. We were more competitive in the second half, after the necessary changes by JLop. For us, a game of two halves. Forest won’t be so accommodating.

Credit to J-Lop for making the big changes at half time, Moyes would never have done that, so great to see us progressing there and being able to impact games from our bench now. Agree with TinLegs in that ManU should have been 2-0 up at half time, but over the whole 90 mins i do think it was closer, as we could have also been better upfront in key moments for sure. Disappointed it did not work in the 1st half, but glad we now have a manager who can and is willing to adjust his team both from game to game but also DURING the game too.

I compeltely agree with the Paqueta comment. Fixing this is vital for us becasue a huge issue we have right now is a lack chance creation. This was talked about on MOTD i think. While some stats have gotten better, one of our weak points this year has been chance creation. And as our biggest chance creator last year, Lucas being out of form has been a HUGE impact as his creativity is seemingly critical to balancing the team. This along with the lack of a striker suited to the style of play has been a key factor for our slower than expected start this season, and has made it much harder on J-Lop and the rest of the team. I hope Soler can get settled into the PL soon as he has clearly not done so yet and i believe he is also a player who creates with his passing like Paq does, whereas Summerville and Kudus (when back from suspension) tend to be dribblers.

TL . What are you on about. They didn't score during the 1st half . Watch the stoke v west ham game on may 15 2016 . We wasted way more chances in that 1st half . And still lost. Some of our fans are so pro Moyes it's off the scale .

Quite simply, Hammer7580, it was the score that was close, not the match! If you think our goal didn’t lead a charmed life in the first half, then you were watching a different game. The second half was closer, but matches are 90 mins long, not 45. ?

Man Utd could have been 3 or 4 up by HT. we improved massively in the 2nd half, but we can’t be a one half team.
