At last, Guilherme on the bench and Kilman and Todibo starting together. Can't say I'm impressed with Soucek starting again with Antonio up front, but we'll see. Not feeling confidant, but this is football. A lot depends on controlling the midfield (!) and our finishing if we get opportunities. JLop's tactics play a major part in an extremely important game. We MUST get something from it. ??

Just returned from the game. Soucek scored a scrambled goal. We played ok. Brentford are our level.

Kudus coming off is a concern either lopetegui is clueless or he's injured neither are good for us.

A point away to Brentford isn't bad.

Todibo had a good game, and mavro gives us something different at right back.

Thought soler looked bright also.

We were ok, but said so many times, recurring theme, no strikers, has and will continue to cost us, it was so obvious before season started, , many opportunities to score, cannot rely on Bowen, Kudus, and Soucek, that’s ludicrous, these players will score some goals but they are not strikers by trade full stop, this will have to be solved in January, in my view had we two decent strikers in our squad, we would. Be on 9/10 points at this time, even taking into account our defensive frailties
