I appreciate just how long it took to write out and print the previous post, it’s no ten minute thing, explaining all the detail regarding on costs is even more detailed, and time consuming , there are so many fees and agents costs involved and it’s totally variable, according to each agreement, that’s the reason, I always do an average running between 30/35 %, too involved to go through each individual transaction, good work die 4
