So, as if we didn't know already, there is an ongoing power struggle at West Ham between manager David Moyes and new technical director Tim Steidten and this is causing delays in the club's transfer movements, according to The Guardian.

The article on the news website, written by Jacob Steinberg, reports that a scattergun approach to transfers has delayed proceedings, while the appointment of Steidten has had the opposite of the intended effect, and caused further confusion.

DAVID MOYES only wants to sign players with Premier league experience whereas Tim Steidten and Mark noble are very keen on youssof fofana and other quality European players, however, moyes is not convinced. Currently our midfield for the new season is Connor Coventry, soucek and downes and this is simply not good enough.

Time mr sullivan and Mr kresinsky got together and decide to either back moyes or Steidten because clearly, the club can't work with both!

Meanwhile, our club suffers because of the poor way in which its being controlled and whichever way you look at it, we are not ready for the new season.

Gilbert O'Sullivan would probably do a better job.
