Sindre Egeli young Norwegian player, posted on here, about 2 months back, now being considered for a bid he's 18, good prospect., can play across the front, scout saying he needs another year, not yet ready for, premiership, this is the problem, buy. Him! Then Loan him out, or put him on bench, difficult decisions, to make, or leave it alone?

Too many bad apples in that dressing room. As Potter said (change the players or change the players) .

Everyone I speak to says the same thing "it can't be the managers". How many more managers will west ham have before they get it right?

From what I understand, it’s complicated, Alvarez, according to Potter, is Lazy, and difficult, and doesn’t play to his instructions? Paqueta, has his mind elsewhere, (understandably, ) Kudus doesn’t get on with Potter full stop, and would prefer to go /Bowen doesn’t like Potters tactics, to which, Potter explained to him, that’s the way we have to play with the people we have! .

Todiibo, keeps his cards, close to his chest, no one is sure of his intentions to stay or leave, Summerville, now back on side, created a problem with Potter, not, having operation he needed, Soucek, wants to play, not sit on bench, there is a general malaise with Potters tactics, particularly with Fulkrug /, Again I have heard.

That Potter, ( to the players ) is a bit wishy washy, not completely clear on some things I wouldn’t take any notice, of rumoured fights between players, this is basically untrue, all players, any team are unhappy, when the results are bad. there is more, but I think you get the picture

Potter explaining to Bowen we only play this was as we don’t have the players to play any other way is bull. It’s the only way he seems to know how to set up and play. Think of the embarrassment of riches he must have had at his disposal at Chelsea and he must have played the same way there as I know Chelsea fans who said so.
I do think we can play differently with these players we obviously need to ship some out and get a lot in but I do think it would have been possible. But I think the players are so used to his monotonous style it is becoming ingrained and would be difficult to get back to start to play another way.
Alvarez lazy! For all his faults laziness is not one.

I’m just relating what I’ve been told, the amount of decent players Potter had at Chelsea, and made a mess there, quite rightly Hammer D, tells the story of this manager, he is unquestionably, one dimension, cannot change style, apart from being best friends with the Brady’s, what exactly does he bring to WH, for me ….nothing I don’t see where we are going

Apologies Joyful I wasn’t having a go, I appreciate you are just relaying what you have been told I didn’t think they were your opinions.
I’m just getting the feeling the manager is a bit deluded and has deluded most of us. Because as I have said before he came across very well in an Iron-Cast pod cast in the early part of his tenure. He said all the right things said he knew what the fans wanted and knew how to provide it. The previous manager was a bundle of nerves twitching and looked like he was having a nervous breakdown so Potter seemed like a breathe of fresh air. I now think all it was, was hot air.

Hammer D, TBH, impossible to follow a strategy, that can say what’s going on, no players over 28, they say Ok, then WH trying to sign up players in their 30s, Then we are selling Kudus, Alvarez, moving Paqueta on, 7/8 leaving anyway Ok, then we are replacing these people with (in the main ) much cheaper players , and only a couple of more experienced players, this is not a plan without risk, it may work, we hope so, but with Potter in charge …? ….basically, WH, are trying to put a team together, for the revenue received from sales, no big stars, no star signings Ok, It’s a new path, we shall see how this develops, but it’s full of risk, taking many players from lower leagues, to the premiership, even if Potter is kept on, if the many different players coming in don’t gel quickly, Potter will be on his way

Whoever came in after Loppy was going to have a tough time. Potter needs to move quite a few players on and with those contracts coming to an end we’re going to have to be shrewd and swift when the transfer market opens to replenish our squad. If we come 10-12th next season that’ll be good due to the massive change in structure and personnel we’d have had.

Why would another manager be nailed on to have a tough time? Not necessarily, Victor Pereira, picked up a poor Wolves side, why didn’t Potter pick us up? Perhaps he can’t, perhaps it’s all beyond him? Have you thought about that.? Anyway time will tell the story,
