I hope DM isn't tempted but the way he was casted out after keeping WH up must have hurt, but give credit where its due Sully and Co. did see the error they made and corrected it.
Everton has a far bigger budget to play with than WH but he is building a team to compete which we were all glad to accept survival with our last 2 managers. [Pel and Big Sam]
I really can't see him leaving with all the work he and his backroom staff have done both on and off the pitch but he was at Everton for 11 years and i'm sure he has a strong bond with the Everton board and fans.

I also hope he stays. He and his staff have done a great job in the last year. If he listens to his head then he will stay, if he listens to his heart then that may be a different matter. He had 11years at Everton, has he still got a base on Merseyside, would his wife prefer to move back up north. It’s not just the football, but external factors must come into consideration. On our side there are some good managers looking for jobs.
