Arnautovic linked with a return. Why am I not surprised?

Well as stated we are and have been linked with a lot of players but for me only one stands out and the only one that has played in the premiership who scores regular is Abraham. If we can't afford him then look for someone in the lower leagues but don't get anyone who hasn't
played in any of our leagues. Learn from our past mistakes with overseas players. If we qualify for Europe we need another centre forward to complement Micky so make your mind up board if u want to play with the big boys find the money for Moyes
Also a priority is get Lingard in,

Have to ask why Abraham isn't getting into the Chelsea side whilst Werner isn't scoring goals. Would love to hear from Chelsea fans what they think of him

He can obviously score goals but is their an attitude problem.


We have a great dressing room at the moment wouldn't like to see that change.

Mercerl, if you look at the stats, Abraham and Giroud both score more goals than Werner, but they don't create anywhere near as many chances for their team mates. in that stat alone, Werner is in a league of his own when compared to the other two.

It is to do with Style of play. Tammy does not have the attributes to play in a Tuchel team, just like Haller was not suited to the style of play WHU had to play.
At PSG Tuchel had Neymar, Di Maria and Mbappe, while at Chelsea he clearly prefers a combo of Werner, Haevertz, Pulisic and Zyech with Mount in behind them. Abraham and Giroud both stand out as completely different types of player to the other mentioned. He clearly likes thee quick and technical players up front as they are quite a conservative team who are set out not to concede.
This is why i am not 100% sold on Tammy. Very expensive numbers being touted about for him, and he may not be ideal.
