I've seen a couple of reports saying West Ham are in pole position to sign Celtic striker, Edouard?

Hypothetical though: would you swap Rice for Lingard and Dean Henderson if Man Utd came calling?

Stevie, rumours are everywhere as we know, I dislike them until a deal is done so try to ignore, but sometimes you there may be some some truth or hope not!
Edouard has played for Rogers at Celtic, so they know each other, so providing Rogers rated him, surely that puts Leicester in pole position, but situations and circumstances change, but I wouldn’t be unhappy with him going by his goal scoring record!
More worryingly for me on BBC gossip today, it says, Lingard is undecided about whether to return to ManU, also Rice is considering ManU as well!
Well if that’s the case, Poor DM must wonder what he has to do to retain our most influential players and hope it doesn’t unsettle our other signings if that was to happen! ⚒⚒⚒⚒⚒.

Ed077. Oh they wouldn’t offer Henderson but that would be my hypothetical price for Rice.

{Ed077's Note - personally I dont see Rice leaving WHU this summer with European footy looking very very likely for WHU (IMO). And nor do I think he should if WHU get to Europe.}

Agree Ed, if we are able to close out the season well and make Europe, even if only the Europa League, I can see him staying. He would get to play in Europe, would be playing in a team which is hopefully still improving and will attract some new players, and will be captain. But mostly unless it all turns back to a relegation struggle why would he leave London to live in Manchester?

If rice is a west ham player next season i would be truly astounded i really believe he would be atrracting all the top clubs in europe and at home with personally UTD and CHELSEA favourites as fred and co ain't up to it and besides kante chelsea are light in that department but he'd get in any of the top german spanish and english clubs he's that good and if we accept anything less than 80 million then we are crazy even in the current climate.
