What has been refreshing for me (and I hope I don't jinx it) is that players have been on the bench unused and then come in and done a job. Diop as an example seems to have gotten better in terms of positional sense from last year and has played brilliantly after being on the bench for most of the season. But best of all is normally at West Ham we would have had stories of unrest, players not playing wanting out, players not wanting to be Pty of the squad. Haven't had a negative story in a while.

There is unity in the squad and back room staff.

Unsurprisingly this happens when we hear less from the owners.

all credit to moyes and the coaching staff. rice was on talk sport this morning talking about how good the mood is within the squad and how great the coaching staff have been and also how fast lingard has settled into the team. long may it continue.
