Frank kessie being linked but ac Milan would like swap deal with inter milan and arsenal have been told kessie available for £21m.

They won't spend in this window they never do, loans is all we can hope for or a couple of older cheap players.

{Ed002's Note - Putting aside timescales, there is interest in:
Sander Berge (DM) if Declan Rice leaves - lots of interest from elsewhere - very unlikely.
Morgan Sanson (CM) interest may have left with MP - Marseille are awaiting to hear if WHU are still interested but assume they are not
Marouane Fellaini (CM) it came as a bit of a surprise given he has a couple of years on his contract at £10M or so a year, but I spoke with someone who says that West Ham would like him now. It would mean, at 32 or 33, a significant fee for someone who Moyes thinks can bully WHU out of trouble. If he gets him and it works, whatever it costs is worthwhile.
Gedson Fernandes (RM) not seen as good enough for Benfica and regardless of the €100M release clause want him gone for the best deal he can get. Has been offered to four English sides plus sides in Italy. Milan and Lyon had unacceptable proposals on the table. It was thought that Manchester United might bite and it seems West Ham were open to a loan deal. The player has ties to London and might prefer the chance to live there. I really don't see him as what most English sides need - but Spurs have taken him.
Joe Allen (CM/AM) his agent has said there has been a general enquiry from West Ham.
Bilel Hassaini (RW) - a player in limbo - I would just forget him.
Bertrand Traore (RW/F) Bournemouth, West Ham and Leicester have enquired after his availability - Lyon want €40M and want to hold on to him - and there is the complexity of Chelsea having an option of a buy back clause. Would be a hard sell to the player.
Everton Soares (LW) Lots of clubs have been looking at Everton Soares but none are interested at the Gremio asking price of €120M nor the for sale price of around €80M. I would not hold your breath at all. Over hyped with an agent happy to let a third party hawk him around to clubs who are open to the slightly odder arrangements. Never going to happen. (Agent is Marco Cruz - but assistance is coming from Kia Joorabchian}
Olivier Giroud (S) an enquiry has been made with Chelsea - but there is interest from a number of sides and he will likely head to Inter Milan.
Gabriel Barbosa (S) could be very high risk but his agent is testing the waters about interest - could not settle in Italy and wants out - preferably back to Flamengo but they are struggling to find the money.

It's silly that we would only go for Berge if rice leaves when we are in desperate need of a midfielder. we literally have rice, noble and Sanchez the latter too are well passed there best and Sanchez has only had one half decent game for us! Our club is run by a bunch of clowns.
