Some reports are linking us with Chris Houghton and Sean Dyche, it also says that both are interested in the job if it became available?

OK let's assume the board make a poitivee decision on the Manager. Of the 4 mentioned this would be my favs
1 Dyche
2 poch
3 Houghton
4 Benitez

Over to you guys for your ideas.

Just a couple more names to throw in there,
1 Howe
2 Poch, (but will probably want a champions league club)
3 Dyche
4 Gerrard
5 Benitez
6 Hughton.

The big question should be. How much money will their be made available. This will determine who will be the next Manager Benitez will want another 100 mil atleast. so count him out, Gerrard has proved nothing yet Hughton will keep WH in the premiership Dycke has never brought big but has made a team with passion and commitment with little money. So my vote goes for Dyche.

If any of them know how to organise a defence and get them to stop under performing then that would be good (and if they can get rid of Fornals for any decent amount of money then so much the better)

Howe would be my number 1 choice

You never see bournemouth players strolling around the park - and he's done a lot better than Pelle with a lot less. He should be able to get the best out of our squad.

From what I saw on Saturday, minus a few players (Rice, who I thought had a fantastic game, and noble who put in a shift) The starting 11 looked lazy, lethargic and disinterested. Wee're lucky we had Antonio on the bench. and the 2 goals absolutely flattered us.

Lot's to work on.

Dyche would be my choice. He always does well with limited resources, and is a southerner who may like to return home after 7 years in Lancashire.
