So some trasnfer rumours that worry me today:
Arnie is linked to a couple of clubs again (his brother must be busy again)
Lanzini seems unhappy with his current contract and linked to a couple of clubs.
Without being funny but if these are true + Chicha leaves, we will be very short in the creative attacking midfield/ striker area.
Not 100% sure what our transfer policy is?

If true about Lanzini it’s a disgrace. He’s been injured for 9 months, an injury received on international duty. We pay his wages and then he wants to leave. He owes us a year.

Seriously wouldn´t bother me if Lanzini went, such an overhyped inconsistent player!

As for Arnie if we can move him on for a decent fee great. not the same player since the china fiasco!

Markwhu, I believe that Fifa/ Argentina were liable for his wages? Not 100% sure but think that's the rules these days, eds may be able to help.

{Ed002's Note - It is down to Argentina's insurance.}

We need to keep Lanzini.

Very surprised to hear that Costahammer!
Personally, I love Manu, but I think he has been inconsistent recently for a few reasons.
Firstly, once settled with a manager's style of play and with other players he is fantastic. The issue is, our managers have changed a lot in the last few years (Allardyce, Bilic, Moyes, MP) along with their styles of play and tactics, and so have the players he forms links with on the pitch. He struck up very good form when Payet was here under Bilic, then the whole squad were terrible while Dimi forced his way out. He then eventually formed a good link with Arnie as striker under Moyes, before Arnie then thought he was as good as CR7.
Secondly, bar the last season at Upton Park with Payet, we have been a low end table team. Attacking midfield players can often struggle when their teams struggle to defend as the tactics are set to correct the defence rather then attack, limiting opportunities for technical players to shine.
Third, his injury last year was terrible, and to be honest he has already exceed my expectations of what he would be like when back. Full credit to Manu, and I hope he gets back to sharpness soon. It takes a LONG time to come back from that. I expect at least half a season of regular games to build his confidence back in his knee. I have had three ACL reconstructions, and subconsciously it changes everything you do when running until you are 100% confident in it again.
Surprised if he is linked to any big teams given his injury, plus do we not have a 2 year option still? hence why we are not panicking to change his contract until fit.

We have to get rid of players that don't want to play for our beloved club imo I don't believe in making them train with the kids cash in on them while we can arnautovic and LANZINI haven't wanted to play for the club for a while now imo get rid of them because it just disrupts tge clubs other players . COYI.
