For me this was a ridiculous signing and now just take the punishment, at June there will be 2 years left on contract he gets 40 k a week when not playing that’s 4 m Over two years he’ll take 3 m, pay off money for old rope and goodbye. This would be my second price of business, , after Carroll’s leaving party IRONMIKE.

There’s an argument for looking a gift horse in the mouth.

But Sully does love that kind of punt, you do know that? £ 4m over 2 years, its a free transfer and he might get £ 10m at anytime transfer fee, follow?

Saw this coming from Wilshere as soon as the rumours were going about when we were showing interest! Absolutely no idea why we even showed interest in him whatsoever?

Mp took a chance Wiltshire is quality and i hope he doesn't turn out as another Carroll. let's be honest MP has only just arrived he's getting a squard together that play decent football. He wanted Gomez. didn't get him so what don't mean when we unload a lot of the dross he still has the chance to go back for him. Lanzini i hear will be back soon that's as good as a gt signinig
MP needs time to build and he is still rebuliding. To me the club is going in the right direction. i'm sure Arnie will leave but on our terms, Arnie has changed the the dressing room he's been acid in a cup of tea and i hope he leaves in the summer and bring Gomez in.

Bideford, agree he is rebuilding of course, any signing is a chance, no matter what, but to give a 3 year contract to a player with such a horrendous injury history was a waste of money, MP even stated he would be given a “special training” programme, that doesn’t send out a positive message to me regarding other team members? Had the injury happened under our contract then a different story completely. Sorry to disagree on that point, bur yes agree with the rest of comments, especially the sooner Arnie goes the better comment, now a “poison chalice”. ⚒⚒⚒⚒.

I posted a list of Jack Wiltshire injuries I think last Jan when I think we were interested, it showed the last 9 years of his career which was unbelievable reading his injury list.

Although I think Mike said on here that we had independent medical people assess his fitness, it one of those where you just have to leave alone due to his previous record. A fit JW would be an asset to any team but unfortunately for him and us i'm afraid his whole career will be lighted by injury. I would approach him and ask him how much he would take just to leave so he can go on a free, we just can't have AC on the books again, not only its a waste of money but a waste of a squad place.
