So, I have actually figured out logistics behind Evergrande bid for Arnie, seems as though an unnamed Turkish club are buying their Brazilian striker Alan and they want to replace him with a top player.

This frees up an International space and would free up wages/ transfer fee for Arnie. Lots of rumours they are upping bid to 50m which should be enough for the Dave.

Amongst the chaff on twitter, seems as though two names are cropping up regarding a replacement, Belotti or Maxi Gomez, if the above is true, we will need a replacement - not 100% sure we will sell Arnie (not in the know though so who knows) for the record, would prefer Gomez if a transfer is possible.

Lots of rumours about Valencia not giving up on Chicha (apparently number 1 choice) - this may have legs but again, not if we don't get a replacement. (goo.gl/yfA5Sy)

We are currently linked to 12 replacement strikers - obviously we cannot be linked to that many, is just ridiculous
David 'boring' Moyes reckons Arnie is good enough to play for Chelsea.

A bit of sad news, bookies are slashing odds on Rice moving to Man City - can't see it happening but bookies often slash odds when they have a flurry of bets on a single market indicating 'insider' knowledge.

Thats it for today, same as yesterday, reckon nothing will happen. All strikers staying until summer when *all* four will leave.
On a plus note - saw on twitter that Andy Carroll has put his mansion on sale, any idea if an MLS side have made contact with him?

Love the updates Glen - if all 4 strikers go in summer that will leave Hugill and Martinez back from loan and xande to come thru the academy and Antonio as well - who needs replacements! Lol.

Hoping Carroll selling up means he is leaving in the summer but who knows? Would be great to have 400k off the wage bill but Arnie will be tough to replace.

Cheers everyone, problem with twitter is that all these people 'in the know' are just copying off rumour sites. I think the days of our owners leaking all sorts of info are dead and buried unfortunately. I do miss Ironmike though as he had a couple of big scoops and to be honest, I will never match those.
