So the PL teams have agreed or should that be greed to pay Richard Scudamore a £5M bonus that could have been £5 off my season ticket or better still given to kids football

Still with a bit of luck HMRC will consider it an income and tax him nearly half of it.

I’m pretty sure that he was paid plenty to do the job and I hear he will still be “consulting” - why on earth would he be offered £5m?

Yes, 100% he will be taxed on it!

So think of Sully having to effectively pay £ 125k to HMRC on Richard behalf and £ 125k to Scudamore.
