Another final offer, followed by another final offer, the money .? well it’s creeping up, at the moment time is on the boards side, why they are messing about like this I can’t say no body agrees with these tactics , the player has proved himself beyond any doubts, as time drifts away the player may get his head turned by another offer, there’s nothing happened in that direction as yet, , we shall have to wait and see. You can now see what WH are up to in the post above, problem is most players want a flat wage with bonuses seen as an extra if possible not as part of their salaries, this has a long way to travel, as most of the present staff are on older contracts, WH could make this work however by raising both the New flat and extra a bit, so the chosen players would actually earn a bit more and this would create extra competition for places, whillst non players and the injured get smaller flat wage IRONMIKE.

If that happened what's the betting Carroll would be injury free. 😂.

Although there is an option on his contract, I can’t see WH taking this up under present terms IF and when he plays which is looking like spurs and Burnley firstly as a sub and somehow becomes a latter day hero he could be offered a new two year deal at a reduced salary with a contract similar to Willshere, so if he doesn’t appear neither will half his wages IRONMIKE.

I’m not sure if this will take off who are the clubs who have adopted this structure mike.

Newcastle And Cardiff apparently, My own view it’s fully understandable from a financial point of view, and it’s used in Europe, Going to be difficult to make it stick, particularly on contract renewals. IRONMIKE.

Exactly what I thought but if ever a club needs these structures it's us mike.
