Its being reported everywhere MIKE that Pellegrini if flying in on Sunday to sign contract. he did well at Villareal on a shoestring. I am not liking this one bit. I get he did well on low budget at Villarreal but that was in 2004 - 2009 I hope it works out I really do and will back him 100 % just don't think this was DGS's first or 2nd or maybe even third choice. who do you think he would bring in?

I think it would be a massive statement to sign Pellegrini. i mean let's be honest that team has been absolutely shocking at times this season and the club IS run like a circus mr a Noble! :) . Do any of us actually think at this time we´re an attractive proposition for anyone looking in? .

If we do manage to get him i think we´re punching above our weight. just hope they back him with a nice war chest and any monies we receive from player sales! . haha! . i just read that last sentence again. haha! what am i smoking! .

Is the orginal figure 60m plus sales? If they were considering benitez who wanted 100m budget surely we should give Pellegrini the same if its available you can't bring him in and skimp, he's a very attacking manager I hope he doesn't neglect the need of quality defenders and understands that its likely he won't get his first choice players especially with sulli negotiating.

hopefully sulli can keep quiet about the budget though let on its 60m when its actually 100 would help us in the market.

now is the time to redeem yourself sulli prove us all wrong please! conversation may help the renewals but action is what will really push us on.

Rather pellegrini than Rafa to be honest. Just not sure how long term this is, realistically how long can you see him staying even if he does well. I can't see it being more than three seasons tops. Maybe a younger hungrier man would of been more long term and provided the stability we desperately need.

Forget contracts there not worth the ink. look at conte he still has a year on his contract but obviously wants out and is engineering his exit rather well.
