On this one I agree with Ironmike. I hope that DM's determination to establish a better working environment is successful and that he stays but on his terms. I think if he can achieve this we, the fans, will all benefit with perhaps a larger budget and with the manager calling the shots rather than the co-chairman.

Syd we had it with bfs / bilic when a player comes in and he doesn’t fit the system and is deemed a waste of money the manager gets the blame, we all know Sullivan has got involved and bought players the manager didn’t ask for .
I’ve said on this sites over the last few seasons at least 4 about how poorly balanced our sides are . I’m fed up with it already if the board gets it wrong then 7 jobs Brady should be axed.
