Need to start with the first 20 players and dump the lot all heartless useless egotistical overpaid premadonas. Its easier to list players we keep so that would be cresswell, edmilson, obiang, kouyate, ayew, lanzini and maybe Reid. Start with bringing youth in and sell the remainder.

I'd offer Sakho a deal on a par with our other strikers and write in an incentive for appearances and goals. wonder how happy, fit and scoring he'd be then. save us money on duds too.

Is it true his contract is a lot less money than our new strikers and most players at the club Ed? What I'm saying is give him a good deal, and add incentives to it, make him feel that we know his worth. it's ok saying ship him out. but when he plays he us as good as anything we've tried replacing him with or have actually brought in.

Spot on Phil get oxford and Burke in team and we need to get kouyate back into midfield and I don't mean to upset any other hammers fans and this is just my opinion but I'd drop payet and sell him in Jan don't get me wrong I like him but he don't look interested I would stick with fletcher and play him alongside Carroll and go back to 4 4 2 also someone needs to own up on who bought the rubbish we signed in summer and apologise to the fans! I hope we don't go after bat at Chelsea or bacca neither wanted to come in summer so why should we give another chance cause they are not playing where they are now as far as I'm concerned they can sit on their backsides! And why are we supposedly going after a striker who can't get first team football at a championship club! Have we not learnt our lessons?

why would you want upgrade a players contract that is injured all the time? just throwing money away if we are going to keep a sicknote rather it be carroll to be honest at least he can change a game , sahko scored 5 goals all last year not worth a new contract.
