Understand that BFS will not be sacked but the Board has expressed their concerns to him. West Ham looking to appoint some sort of Director of Football to help advise the Board. BFS is going to find that transfer dealings will be taken for him. The manager will now identify the positions that need strengthening and the club will then decide which players to buy, albeit BFS will be part of that process.

Although I mentioned this 9 months ago I feel this would help sam the fans and the board. like to see both davids and young jack say nothing about signings until its done/dusted.

that balls up with not signing a 2nd striker cost us big time we would have been up and in around southampton position which would have seen us get extra money of the epl.

we all no we need a second striker someone like rhodes or mccormack I think would be ideal simply because they are stepping up and would be happy to take there chances we also have a number of players who, s contract end shortly and the loans returning to there clubs means there may be a lot of bizniz transfer wise

It makes me larf that rumours have already started about who we are buying and who is leaving in the summer.

Surely nobody can decide who we sell and who we keep until we sort out the situation with the manager. Only then can we start strengthening for next season and that has to start with bringing back Ravel Morrison.

I would suggest (although he doesn;t have a great managers record) Glenn Hoddle would be a decent shout or maybe the board want to Re-Unite us with Alan Pardew? Maybe they have already spoken to David Moyes who can build a team on a shoestring?

Only time will tell but manager issue has to be sorted as a top priority

The manager situation has been sorted. It's Sam Allardyce
