how can west ham play at a 50 thousand stadium they only get 27 thousand at upton park that means 23 thousand empty seats

I appreciate the vast majority of fans want sam out problem is replacements are going to be very expensive as well as kitty for new man this would be difficult enough under normal circumstances but dgs have signed and agreed to go in to the new stadium debt free (at least on paper) even assuming a tidy sum for the Boleyn this is a big ask they are going to need very deep pockets indeed as it is unlikely a new investor will come along until we are resident at the new stadium they are in the stick or twist problem as we all know a change at the helm plus couple of players may not be enough to change our current plight so what do you do? the right man is absolutely essential if we are to fill the stadium sam may not be hurried out until dgs are satisfied equally they can't repeat history (a la avram grant)Not an easy problem my previous post highlighted compensation situation with proposed managerial targets also would new man want players now being lined up by allardyce ( jelavic heitinga ) de bruyne on loan etc?we will have to wait and see although sam was given target of 6 points minimum by jan 2nd the nature of our defeats has shocked the directors out of there coma so 2 more defeats will be enough However if by a miracle we win or draw the next two or three sam will get his way and new players and must get our support not moans IRONMIKE

Such a lack of ambition from us once again, we are moving to the olympic stadium in a few years and it looks like a joke being in a 50,000 seater stadium with a team that is in the bottom half of the table. We need to buy players that are going to make a difference instead of stupid signins such as Danny Whitehead, who is probably going to get released in a few years anyway! In my opinion BFS time is up with his bad approach to the beautiful game, the game against Crystal Palace was like watching a league two side, we need to be challenging for a europa spot. BFS out, Hoddle or Di Matteo in. And actually buy a striker that can play off Carroll when is finally fit! I want to enjoy watching my team for once!

Di Matteo is a great shout and available NOW.
Get him in

Hoddle with di matteo at no 2. come on sunderland {Ed039's Note - A man who has been out of work as a manager for years with a manager who won the Champions League 2 years ago as number his 2? I'll have some of what you've had please)

Great idea go get Hoddle and let's see some football again. I'd rather lose playing well than win ugly

Link with Berbatov still there and after his performance at the weekend I say get him in! Imagine nicking Rhodes, Berba and then AC back in action with a 2 up front formation!

Need a manager who knows what he is doing first

It seems that dgs are taking counsel (only) from alan curbishley who lives in close proximity ( as I do) he is strongly recommending the two people that most fans would be happy with should they eject sam di matteo or bilic problem there is matteo is still receiving wages of 140k weekly from Chelsea as no severance was agreed with him untiljune next year naturally he won't accept less from West Ham United although he fancies the job bilic is on close to 90k weekly with besiktas and they will want top compensation Pdcanio don't think so THIS TIME long round trip Saturday 2 of the goals were caused by slack passing at the back we are just causing our own downfall there was a stage we could have got back into it but the opportunity fell of course to maiga what do you expect! ST ettienne are back in for him at 1, 95m PLEASE TAKE THEIR MONEY looks like jelavic could be closer as everton favourites for finbogussan despite rumours to the contrary we have made no official bids for any strikers as of todays date andthere has been no interest in any of those we want to depart can all change quickly of course let's hope so IRONMIKE

Cheers IRONMIKE. Your views are open and honest as always. I would personally like Hoddle To take over. Ok, he has Spuds history but so what? At least he would get us playing FOOTBALL again and not just whacking the ball into the box every opportunity. Allardyce has run his course and time to get him out. The longer he satys the more trouble we're in

Ok People, its official that West Ham manager Sam Allardyce is facing a race against time to keep his job at Upton Park. Personally I would like to thank Sam for the job he has done in getting us promoted and to tenth last season, however, I think we've come as far as we can with him and its time for a change.

Any thoughts on who could do a job for us?

Personally I would like to see Hoddle in charge. Despite his Spuds link his idea of football is what I, as a west ham fan expect to see. Ball on the ground, slick passing with good technique and above all else he would get rid of a lot of our deadwood. We have far too many players that are at best, championship players

Its time for a fresh start. Let Sam and his has beens go. As much as I want us to win this weekend I hope on the other hand that we lose so Sam gets the boot.

Any ideas people who you would like to see as manager?
